Assessment is completed through a portfolio of evidence and an observed microteaching session, leading to a nationally recognised teaching qualification.

Through a flexible blended learning approach, learners attend 3 days of face-to-face training followed by independent portfolio completion with remote assessor support, enabling them to apply their learning immediately within the workplace.
