Qualifications & Funding at Empeiria Training
Empeiria Training offers a range of fully accredited qualifications through our approved NCFE centre status, with funding available under the Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS) — from partial to fully funded options.
Each qualification is delivered in a way that suits your organisation's needs. Some are assessed entirely remotely, with your assessor providing support via Teams, email, and phone. Others involve assessors visiting the workplace to carry out competency-based assessments, while some include classroom-based sessions delivered by your dedicated assessor.
Our assessors bring extensive, real-world experience in the health and social care sector. They are skilled at tailoring both learning and assessments to accommodate a wide range of learning styles and individual needs, ensuring every learner receives the right level of support throughout their journey.
