The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) is an Ofqual-regulated qualification designed for individuals who want to teach, train, mentor or develop others in adult learning and workplace settings.
This nationally recognised qualification provides the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to deliver engaging learning experiences and support workforce development.Delivered by experienced tutors and assessors with extensive health and social care sector expertise, this qualification provides a practical introduction to teaching, training and facilitating learning in adult and workplace environments. The qualification supports progression within the Care Workforce Pathway and is ideal for those moving into training, mentoring, supervision, coaching or leadership roles. Assessment is completed through a portfolio of evidence and an observed microteaching session, leading to a nationally recognised teaching qualification.
