Jade brings over 10 years of experience within the adult education sector, alongside a strong background in health and social care.
Her career spans leadership, quality improvement, curriculum development and direct care practice, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both education and frontline services.
As Quality Lead at Empeiria Training, Jade supports the organisation to maintain and continuously improve standards across teaching, learning and assessment. She leads on quality assurance processes, including OTLA, IQA and the development of the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). Jade works closely with tutors and directors to strengthen provision, enhance learner experience and ensure positive outcomes.
Prior to working in adult education, Jade held management roles within residential services, working with individuals with autism, social, emotional and behavioural needs. This experience within the care sector continues to inform her approach, ensuring that learning programmes remain inclusive, person-centred and responsive to individual needs.
