Lauren is an experienced Assessor/Trainer with over 13 years’ experience in the adult health and social care sector.
Beginning her career within the National Health Service, where she worked for nine years, she developed extensive frontline knowledge and a strong understanding of delivering high-quality, person-centred care in complex environments.
Building on this strong foundation, Lauren moved into learning and development, driven by a genuine passion for supporting others to grow and succeed in their roles. Lauren holds an IQA qualification and the Level 3 Award in Education and Training. These qualifications, alongside her sector experience, enable her to deliver and quality assure training to a high professional standard.
Lauren is deeply committed to lifelong learning and believes that confident, well-supported staff are key to delivering outstanding care. She takes pride in creating supportive and engaging learning environments where individuals feel empowered to develop their skills, reflect on best practice, and progress in their careers within adult social care.
