Catherine is a Registered Learning Disability Nurse with over 22 years’ experience across NHS and social care settings. She holds an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support and brings extensive expertise in complex case management, service development, and workforce training.
Her work is grounded in strong ethical values, with a clear focus on improving quality of life and reducing restrictive practices. Catherine supports organisations to embed PBS at every level, creating lasting, measurable change.
Thomas brings two decades of frontline and strategic experience within health and social care. Beginning his career as a support worker, he combines practical insight with strong analytical expertise in PBS and organisational development.
Driven by data-led, evidence-based practice, Thomas ensures PBS strategies are robust, measurable, and sustainable—while keeping the individual firmly at the centre of every decision.
